Local top chefs and farmers present
dishes to entice the palate
Food creates powerful connections. The creativity of those ties were
in evidence on Oct. 26, at Capital District Community Gardens’
second annual “An Autumn Evening in the Garden.”
At the event, top chefs paired with local farmers to form community
relationships and create mouthwatering dishes. Attendees of the
event were able to sample various fresh meats, cheeses and produce
while learning more about the benefits of locally grown foods and
helping to support Capital District Community Gardens’ programs.
