Spring Brunch 2008- Sunday
May 4th The brunch is a unique gathering of community gardeners, donors, supporters and volunteers. An amazing feast of foods is donated and prepared by over 100 local restaurants and friends of CDCG. Each year, more than 550 people enjoy the extensive buffet offering a wide selection of hot and cold foods, plus a large variety of desserts. During the brunch, we feature a silent auction of items donated by individuals and local businesses, including works of art, entertainment opportunities, getaways and many great items related to gardening. Children need not be bored because there are a variety of supervised children’s activities on site. Volunteers provide all labor for this event, if you are interested in participating, or in donating a food or auction item for this event contact Audrey at info@cdcg.org or call 274-8685. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door the day of the event. Children's tickets (under 10 years old) are $5. To purchase tickets online using your credit card a minimum donation of $50 is required which includes two adult tickets plus a $10 donation to our programs. To purchase more than two add $20 for each additional ticket. Please indicate that the donation is for Spring Brunch tickets. To purchase by mail simply send a check to our address below and indicate the names of the people who you are buying tickets for: Capital District Community Gardens Your name will then be added to our list for check-in the day of the brunch (you will not receive printed tickets).
