The
Healthy Food Garden
Gardening gets you outside, exercising, and eating home-grown food—all good
things! But certain fruits and vegetables contain more vitamins and
nutrients than others. In this class, we’ll identify those super-healthful
foods and discuss how to grow and cook them. Recipes and food samples will
be provided.
Identifying
Insects and Critters
Know your friends…and your enemies. This class will teach gardeners how to
identify and naturally manage various bugs, worms, and other critters
commonly found in garden spaces.
